The Group of 20 or G20 is a group of finance ministers and central bank governors from 19 countries and European Union.

It is a group of world’s largest economies. Together, the G20 members represent more than 80 percent of world GDP, 75 percent of international trade and 60 percent of the world population.
The G20 was formed in 1999 after the global financial crisis in 1997 – 1999, to achieve international financial stability.
