Pallavas – IAS Synopsis
The Pallava dynasty existed from 275 CE to 897 CE. It ruled over southern parts of Telugu region and northern parts of the Tamil region. The Pallavas gained prominence after the eclipse of the Satavahana dynasty.

Pallavas became a major power during the reign of Mahendravarman I (600–630 CE) and Narasimhavarman I (630–668 CE).
